Participation does require the provision of the individual’s name, telephone number, email address and car/home/van/commercial/other insurance renewal date.
Each renewal date counts as one entry into the Prize Draw. You can submit a renewal data capture form for each car, home, van, commercial or any other insurance policy entered into the form above you wish to have a quote for, and these will each count as one entry into the competition. You cannot submit multiple renewal data capture forms for the same policy i.e. for the same vehicle or same home insurance policy.
Only renewal dates for policies not already held by A-Plan Insurance are deemed as valid entries.
Use of data: A-Plan Holdings will use your information to contact you to provide a quotation in the month prior to the renewal date you’ve provided, and to notify the winner. This competition is open to all individuals over 18, excluding employees of A-Plan Holdings and their families.
The winner will be asked to partake in PR and/or use of photography for social media purposes.
The prize draw will close on 1 April 2021 and the winner will be drawn at random and notified shortly thereafter.
The identity of the winner will be available from the A-Plan Swindon Branch (01793 613138) after 1 April 2021.
There is no cash equivalent and there will be no alternative prize options for the winner.
