By completing this renewal data capture form you agree to be contacted for a renewal quote and be entered into our prize draw.
The winner will receive one of 5 family tickets to Colchester Zoo (2 x adults & 2x kids tickets per family ticket (ages 3 – 15 years old – kids under 3 go free) – tickets valid until 01/07/2022.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash or prize alternative will be offered.

Participation does require the provision of the individual’s name, telephone number, email address and car, home, van and commercial insurance renewal date.
Each renewal date counts as one entry into the Prize Draw. Please submit a renewal data capture form for each car, home, van and commercial policy you wish to have a quote for, into the form above, and these will each count as one entry into the competition. (Alternatively, you can call us on 01206 481 281).
You cannot submit multiple renewal data capture forms for the same policy i.e. for the same vehicle or same home insurance policy. Only renewal dates for policies not already held by A-Plan Insurance are deemed as valid entries.
Use of data: A-Plan Holdings will use your information to contact you to provide a quotation in the month prior to the renewal date you’ve provided, and to notify the winner. This competition is open to all individuals over 18, excluding employees of A-Plan Holdings and their families.
The winners will be asked to partake in PR and/or use of photography for social media purposes.
The prize draw will close on 13/08/2021 and the winner will be drawn at random and notified by A-Plan Colchester shortly thereafter. The identity of the winner will be available from the A-Plan Colchester branch after 15/08/2021.
